Have you ever felt so overwhelmed that feel like you need three weeks off just to get everything done and to feel less stressed? I certainly do very often, which is why I love doing a brain dump. I have found them to be essential to reduce my stress levels and support my personal development. I become way more productive and less distracted after a brain dump as I have everything in my head onto a piece of paper.
